If you need assistance with booking, changes, or cancellations, reach out to our friendly Customer Support Center by phone. Please note that if you choose to complete your booking through our Customer Support Center, a fixed non-refundable processing charge per seated traveler will apply.
At the Airport
At cities currently operating flights, Avelo ticket counters are open two hours prior to each scheduled departure and close 40 minutes prior to departure, and we offer the opportunity to purchase Avelo flights during this time. Please note that our airport teams focus on assisting Customers checking in for upcoming flights. During busy times, ticket purchases may be delayed while we support Customers traveling that day. Cash, checks, and money orders are not accepted at our airport ticket counters. Please be aware that any modifications made online to reservations booked at the airport may include the Carrier Electronic Usage Charge.
