If you believe you’ve left something behind on the aircraft, please notify an Avelo Customer Service Agent Crewmember before leaving the airport so we can try to locate and retrieve the item.
If you already left the airport, please contact our Customer Support Center at (346) 616-9500 and be ready to provide as much detail about the item as possible, such as brand, size, color, etc. as well as the date and flight number. We will do all we can to locate your item and return it to you.
If we have not located your item within 30 days from the time it was reported, it is unlikely the item was ever turned in. While we make every effort to locate lost items, Avelo Airlines is not liable for unchecked items left on the plane.
If you lost an item in the airport or at the TSA checkpoint, please contact those authorities directly to determine if the item was turned in.
