Changing your flight with Avelo is easy. If your new flight costs more than your original booking, you’ll pay the fare difference. And if your new flight is cheaper, the savings will be credited as Avelo Cash, which can be used for future Avelo purchases. These funds are valid for one year.
For quick and easy changes, manage your trip online. There’s a $25 fee per seated Customer for changes made by calling Avelo’s Customer Solutions Center.
For reservations booked prior to 3/6/25:
Flights may be changed or canceled up to 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure without penalty or fee.
For reservations booked on/after 3/6/25 with AveloFlex®:
No change or cancel fees assessed. You can make a change or cancel your flight up to 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure without penalty or fee.
For reservations booked between 3/6/25 and 1/29/26 without AveloFlex®:
