Changing your flight with Avelo is easy – and free. You won’t encounter any change or cancel fees. If your new flight costs more than your original booking, you’ll only pay the fare difference. And if your new flight is cheaper, the savings will be credited as Avelo Travel Funds you can use for future Avelo purchases. These funds are valid for one year.
For quick and easy changes, manage your trip online. There’s a $25 fee per seated Customer for changes made by calling Avelo’s Customer Support Center.
No, you can change your flight as many times as you want, but you may be asked to pay a fare difference if the new flight costs more than your previous trip.
Yes. You can change or cancel your flight up until 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Please see our Refunds and Avelo Travel Funds page.
