Need to report a baggage issue?

  1. Submit a Baggage Claim Form within the applicable timeframe below:
    1. Domestic Flights: Not later than four (4) hours after either: (1) arrival of the flight on which the loss, damage or delay is alleged to have occurred or (2) receipt of the Baggage, whichever is applicable; or
    2. International Flights: Not later than seven (7) days from receipt of the Checked Bag(s) in the case of damage to the Checked Bag(s) and not later than twenty-one (21) days from the date on which the Check Bag(s) should have been placed at Customer’s disposal in the case of delayed or lost Checked Bag(s).
  2. Once the Baggage Claim Form is submitted, you will receive an email with details about the claims process and a Ticket Number. If a report is not made in the prescribed time, it is subject to denial.
  3. Review and complete the Baggage Claim Form, as instructed below.

Directions for submitting a Baggage Claim:

  1. Enter your confirmation number and last name.
  2. Click “Search”.
  3. Follow the prompts and enter your information in the required fields.
  4. Provide all supporting documents.
  5. Click the “Submit” button.
  6. Once your claim is submitted, check your email for a confirmation email and ticket number.
  7. If you have questions regarding your claim, please reply directly to the email receipt, to prevent a delay in responses.
