WILMINGTON, NC; July 27, 2022 —Avelo Airlines today announced it is expanding its service from Wilmington, NC with the addition of a fourth popular destination — Fort Lauderdale, FL. Avelo will begin exclusive service to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport (FLL) from Wilmington International Airport (ILM) on November 11. In addition to FLL, Avelo serves New Haven, CT (HVN), Orlando, FL (MCO), and Washington, D.C. / Baltimore, MD (BWI). The new routes will operate on Boeing Next-Generation 737 aircraft. Flight dates and times for the new Fort Lauderdale route are below:
