Cancelling Your Flight with Avelo
For reservations booked prior to 3/6/25 9pm CT:
Flights may be changed or canceled up to 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure without penalty or fee.
For reservations booked on/after 3/6/25 9pm CT:
With AveloFlex:
No change or cancel fees assessed. You can make a change or cancel your flight up to 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure without penalty or fee.
Without AveloFlex:

Avelo Cash
Canceled reservations will receive Avelo Cash that can be redeemed toward a future Avelo flight. You can book a new trip using your Avelo Cash online at www.aveloair.com. Avelo Cash is issued to Customer(s) traveling on the itinerary, is non-transferable and may only be used by the Customer(s) to whom it was issued, and has no cash or refund value.
Refunds
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of purchase and at least 7 days (168 hours) prior to the scheduled departure will be refunded to the original form of payment by visiting Manage Trips. A $25 charge per seated traveler applies to reservations canceled through Avelo’s Customer Support Center.
