If your flight is canceled or delayed for 2+ hours on the day of travel, you’ll get proactively notified, and you’ll get rebooked or refunded when you have Disruption Assistance powered by HTS.

What is Disruption Assistance?

Disruption Assistance is an optional service that provides additional rebooking and refund options if your flight is significantly delayed or canceled on the day of travel. This service is powered by HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions). You’ll receive automatic notifications if your flight is affected, and you can get help using self-serve tools or by speaking to an HTS agent.

How can I purchase Disruption Assistance for my reservation?

Disruption Assistance can only be purchased during your initial booking, at aveloair.com or on the Avelo mobile app.

Why don’t I see Disruption Assistance as an option when I’m booking?

Disruption Assistance is available for flights at least 24 hours from departure.
