Joint Statement Regarding Miller/Proton

In light of Avelo’s decision to stop flying contract flights in connection with the United States Department of Homeland Security’s immigration enforcement efforts, Miller/Proton and Avelo have agreed to a confidential settlement of their dispute that respects Miller’s First Amendment rights and Avelo’s First Amendment and trademark rights.
