You can change or cancel your flight up until 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
All canceled reservations will receive Avelo Travel Funds that can be redeemed toward a future Avelo flight. You can book a new trip using your Avelo Travel Funds online at www.aveloair.com. A $25 charge per seated traveler applies to reservations canceled through Avelo’s Customer Support Center.
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of purchase and at least 7 days (168 hours) prior to the scheduled departure will be refunded to the original form of payment by visiting Manage Trips.
